A law firm in Warrington is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its expanding Civil Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Solicitor to take ownership of their own claimant caseload while also supporting on complex, high-value matters.
You’ll handle a broad range of clinical negligence files, working within a supportive team with strong exposure to multi-track work.
The Role
- Manage your own claimant clinical negligence caseload
- Advise on liability, causation and quantum
- Draft pleadings, witness statements and court documents
- Instruct counsel and medical experts
- Negotiate settlements and attend mediations
- Support senior colleagues on complex and high-value claims
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (3+ PQE)
- Strong experience in claimant clinical negligence
- Confident handling of litigated matters from start to finish
- Excellent communication, organisation and client-care skills
- Advocacy experience is an advantage
