Join one of Southport’s most established and respected law firms, who are seeking a talented and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding team. The Role

You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

  • Drafting Wills and Trusts
  • Probate and Estate Administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Tax planning and asset protection

You’ll be joining a well-established department with a strong client base and the opportunity to build long-term relationships.

About You

  • 2–3 years PQE in Private Client work (less/more experienced candidates also welcome)
  • Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate and related matters
  • STEP membership or working towards it (desirable, not essential)
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
