Legal Assistant – MOJ Stage 3
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a busy MOJ Stage 3 team. The role involves progressing admitted liability claims through Stage 3 of the MOJ portal with accuracy, efficiency and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling general call queries
- MOJ administration and court post
- Reviewing claimant and vehicle-related losses, including Credit Hire
- Drafting witness statements
- Submitting Stage 3 packs
- Issuing proceedings
- Preparing court bundles and briefing counsel
About You
- Previous MOJ/PI experience advantageous
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Confident in a fast-paced environment
- Good Excel skills
