What they're looking for
Applications from Solicitors, Fee Earners, and Paralegals with a solid track record in housing disrepair. Claimant or defendant experience is valued, and while Personal Injury experience is a bonus, it’s not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a caseload of housing disrepair claims (pre- and post-litigation)
- Drafting and managing interlocutory applications
- Liaising with Counsel and providing clear instructions
- Managing complex cases with confidence
- Working across small claims, fast-track, and multi-track matters
About You
- Previous housing disrepair experience is essential
- Strong working knowledge of CPR and Housing Conditions case law
- Target-driven with a commitment to exceptional client care
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
