The Role
- Manage and grow your own commercial property caseload
- Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord/tenant matters
- Advise SME and commercial clients across varied sectors
- Work on development, secured lending and portfolio management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
About You
- Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor
- Existing following or strong client contacts
- Excellent technical and drafting skills
- Confident, proactive and business-focused
- Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
