A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Grade B or C) to join a respected and growing team. You’ll manage your own varied caseload while gaining exposure to complex, high-value and catastrophic injury matters.
The Role
- Run a mixed clinical negligence caseload from instruction to settlement
- Investigate liability and causation
- Review medical records and expert evidence
- Draft statements, schedules and case documentation
- Liaise with clients, experts, counsel and other professionals
- Support on complex, high-value and catastrophic injury claims
- Provide clear, compassionate advice throughout sensitive cases
About You
- Grade B or C Solicitor with solid clinical negligence experience
- Strong litigation knowledge and procedural understanding
- Excellent client-care and communication skills
- Analytical, organised and confident managing your own caseload
- Genuine interest in complex and catastrophic injury work
- Collaborative, team-focused approach
