Our client is one of Northern Ireland’s leading firms of financial planners, recognised as one of the best financial advice firms in the UK. They are looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to lead the administration and paraplanning teams, and play a key role in delivering a high-quality, consistent client experience.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge of the paraplanning function, who is either Level 4 qualified, working towards Level 4 qualification, or can demonstrate significant experience managing a paraplanning and client support function within an IFA environment.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of client work, ensuring it flows smoothly between advisers, paraplanners, and administrators.
- As the central coordination point, you’ll bring structure, clarity, and accountability to how work is allocated, prioritised, and completed.
- Working closely with the Operations Director, you’ll also help shape processes, improve efficiency, and support the continued growth of the business.

- Leading and developing the administration and paraplanning teams
- Managing workflow, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard
- Acting as the key link between advisers and support team

What We’re Looking For
- CII Level 4 Diploma qualified (desirable), working towards Level 4 Diploma or equivalent experience managing a paraplanning and client support function within an IFA
- Strong technical knowledge of the paraplanning role
- Experience managing or supervising a back-office team within an IFA firm
- A confident, organised leader who can prioritise workload effectively
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
