My client is one of Northern Ireland’s leading firms of financial planners. Their sustained growth over the last 22 years is based on delivering an outstanding level of service to their clients. The purpose of the role is to lead the Administration and Paraplanning teams (9 people), and manage the delivery of an efficient and compliant administration and paraplanning service, whilst also focusing on delivering an outstanding client experience.
A full Job Description will be supplied on application, but the key elements of the role are:
- To manage the flow and quality of work, from Advisor instruction to business submission and completion.
- To manage the Paraplanners (4).
- To manage the Administrators (5).
The successful applicant will:
- Be people-focused, with a keen interest in ensuring others reach their full potential.
- Have at least 2 years’ paraplanning experience.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a firm of Independent Financial Advisors / Financial Planning Advisors.
- Have previous supervision or management experience.
