Financial Planning Administrator The Company My client is a multiple award-winning financial planning firm, with over £6.5 bn of assets under management. They provide bespoke financial planning advice in the areas of investment, Inheritance Tax, retirement planning, tax planning and employee benefits. The firm wishes to appoint an additional Financial Planning Administrator to carry out effective administration support to a team of paraplanners and advisors. The Role This role may suit an experienced Financial Planning Administrator looking for the next step in their career. You will be an experienced user of Intelliflo Office. Your key responsibilities will include: Processing New Business applications/income withdrawals Maintaining client records on the Intelliflo Office (IO) client management system Responding to client enquiries and resolving client issues in a professional manner Requesting plan information from product providers and sending off letters of authority Working alongside financial advisers to obtain information as part of the process of creating financial reports Obtaining accurate illustrations, Key Features and other relevant paperwork in advance of client meetings The person You must have relevant experience and knowledge gained within a financial planning office, at Administrator level.
