My client is one of Northern Ireland’s leading firms of financial planners. Their sustained growth over the last 22 years is based on delivering an outstanding level of service to their clients. To assist them in the next stages of their growth, they wish to appoint a people-focused Paraplanning & Administration Manager. The purpose of the role is to lead the Administration and Paraplanning teams (9 people), and manage the delivery of an efficient and compliant administration and paraplanning service, whilst also focusing on delivering an outstanding client experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the flow and quality of work, from Advisor instruction to business submission and completion.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a firm of Independent Financial Advisors / Financial Planning Advisors.
- Previous supervision or management experience.
