Β£100,000 salary + Β£15k bonus (paid quarterly) + benefits package

Our client, a global technology leader, is currently looking for a Hands-on Software Development Manager to coordinate the delivery of Software Product Development by managing a programme of sprint teams responsible for key products. Develop and implement strategy to maintain agile delivery of features and maintain output across all development teams resulting in continued rapid growth across all products.

Reporting to the Development Leader and working closely with all levels of the business, this role will be responsible for:

  • Software Development Lifecycle: Manage all aspects of the SDLC to deliver strategic objectives and maintain exceptional standard of software. Management 70%, Coding 30% - C# .Net
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead a team of Software Engineers, Quality & Product professionals to ensure high performance across the team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to align goals and deliver the product vision.
  • People Growth: Support the team to enable personal and technical progression.
  • Continuous Improvement: Spearhead improvement in process & practices to elevate Product Development.
  • Resource Allocation: Provide support where needed for the projects that move the organisation forwards.
  • Client Focus: Craft and implement development practices that meet client and business needs.
