Our client, a global technology leader, is currently looking for a Lead Customer Success Manager. This is a technical Customer Success role. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in product dashboards, understands how data flows between systems, and can diagnose operational or technical issues before escalating them to engineering.

Essential skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing B2B SaaS role, such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience managing enterprise or high-value client relationships and driving product adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert customers from pilot to paid usage and maintain strong retention.
  • Comfortable with technical concepts including APIs, integrations, data imports/exports, and webhooks.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to methodically identify the root cause of issues.

Strongly Preferred:

  • Familiarity with communications platforms such as Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, or email infrastructure.
  • Experience supporting integrations with third-party systems such as CRMs, ERPs, or property management platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-powered products, including understanding how to set realistic expectations for clients.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Linear, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, or observability.
