Our client, a global technology leader, is currently looking for a Head of Account Management, Customer Success and On-Boarding. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with all levels of the business, this role will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute the account management strategy aligned with overall business goals
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing regional account management team
- Define KPIs, performance metrics, and best practices for client success
- Manage and lead a team of client trainers or training specialists
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Act as executive sponsor for high-value or strategic accounts
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
- Handle escalations and resolve complex client issues
