A growing Fintech is looking to bring in a Technical Delivery Manager for a Greenfield project on a fixed term basis.
Role
You'll lead the end-to-end technology delivery workstream across a modern, API-first fintech platform β customer journeys, pricing and decisioning, policy administration, payments, and data. You'll own the integration architecture across multiple technology partners, define APIs and interface specs, sequence delivery across squads, and make sure what gets built actually reflects the design. This is not a programme management role. It's platform ownership with accountability. You'll lead a POD β architects, engineers, data specialists, external vendors β and be the person who challenges technical decisions, spots drift before it becomes debt, and keeps the build honest.
What we need from you
- You've delivered in a product-led, API-first environment before.
- You're comfortable with Swagger, Postman, and architecture diagramming tools.
- You've owned integration sequencing across multi-vendor ecosystems β not just coordinated it.
- You know what good looks like on Azure and can hold engineers and vendors to it.
- You've worked in a regulated environment and understand what that demands at pace.
- Fintech, startup, or platform-scale delivery background is a strong plus.
We're not looking for someone who manages governance decks. We're looking for someone who can roll their sleeves up, challenge the room, and get a greenfield platform to go-live.
Why this one
This is a rare opportunity to join at the initiation phase β before the patterns are set, before the decisions are made, before anyone has locked in the wrong approach. The platform is being built on Azure with a boutique technology partner. The product is genuinely new. The timeline is aggressive and the team is small enough that what you do will matter.
