The work involves FI and NBFI portfolios, model output application, policy influence, and senior stakeholder engagement across Business, Risk and Finance globally. It is a fast-paced, high-visibility role.
Who you are:
- Deep W-IRB knowledge: how outputs drive RWA, pricing and origination, and where the edge cases live in institutional credit.
- You have worked with FI and/or NBFI counterparties and understand what good model embedding looks like in practice.
- Proven ability to diagnose issues across data, systems and processes and drive remediation.
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders across Business, Risk and Finance in a global, matrixed environment.
- You have reviewed and shaped credit risk policy, not just followed it.
- Comfortable translating complex model behaviour into clear, decision-ready messages for non-technical audiences.
- CCR, market products or AI workflow experience is a plus.
What you’ll deliver:
- Model usage reviews across FI and NBFI portfolios, identifying gaps and driving corrective action.
- Improvements to how W-IRB model outputs are applied across credit decisions, RWA management and pricing.
