We’re hiring an Implementation Lead to drive day-to-day delivery across a major technology programme within an insurance client.

Why this role matters

The business is scaling aggressively with a live transformation programme spanning:

  • IT infrastructure
  • Regulatory compliance (DORA / FCA operational resilience)

You’ll be the engine behind delivery — covering execution so senior leadership can focus on strategy and ExCo engagement. This is a critical hire, not a support role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own delivery governance across multiple workstreams
  • Manage 3rd party vendors and keep delivery on track
  • Produce clear, concise reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Act as the bridge between IT, Data, Ops & Compliance
  • Apply PRINCE2 / MSP frameworks consistently

What we’re looking for

  • 5–8 years in IT delivery (with insurance / regulated FS exposure)
  • Proven PM / Delivery Manager — strong executor, not theorist
  • Solid financial services/insurance domain understanding
  • Familiarity with DORA at programme level
  • Organised, accountable, and comfortable operating at pace

If you’re a delivery-focused operator who thrives in structured programmes and wants real ownership — this is worth a conversation.
