A large FS client is in need of a BI Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality data insight across the programme. This is a hands-on BI role focused on building and delivering reporting, dashboards, and data insights across a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Translate business and regulatory needs into data requirements
  • Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting metrics
  • Analyse and interpret data to support decision-making
  • Ensure consistency and quality across data sources and outputs
  • Support reporting across multiple transformation workstreams

Experience

  • Experience as a BI Analyst / Data Analyst within financial services
  • Strong experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Ability to work with large, complex data sets
  • Experience translating business needs into data outputs
  • Experience supporting transformation or change programmes
  • Exposure to regulatory or resilience-related reporting
  • Understanding of data flows across systems
  • Experience working in multi-source data environments
