The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.
Basic £24K with £500 per month guaranteed bonus for a minimum of 3 months. Our client is a market leader in the Online Property Sector, a fast sale estate agency and property cash buying company providing national coverage. They are expanding and want to increase their Sales Progression Team – they are busy and need another 2 on the Team.
You will be a confident and experienced Conveyancing or Sales Progressor who is used to managing your own personal portfolio of properties throughout the UK, progressing these to completion in a timely manner. We would also love applications from Sales Negotiators with at least one year of experience who want to take that next step in their career and move to a Progressor role. So your Estate Agency or Conveyancing experience will truly progress your career here!
Your Day To Day Role
- Looking after a manageable portfolio and exchanging a targeted number of properties (a target which our current Sales Progressors are achieving comfortably).
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents.
- Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange.
- Update and maintain notes for your portfolio, and keep clients constantly and fully updated with the progress.
- Upsell some of our recommended financial services/solicitors and get paid generously for these.
- Organising your own daily workflow; the client commits to getting their files to exchange as quickly as possible, so it’s important to keep all of your plates spinning.
