We are recruiting for Distribution Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers at our Droitwich Depot within the Muller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business. This is a great opportunity for drivers who enjoy working for a prestigious logistics company, driving a modern and well maintained fleet of vehicles and who are looking for flexibility in their life. We offer full-time work schedules and no overnight stays.
As a Distribution Driver, your primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently transport products from our distribution depots to supermarkets within the network.
Contract Details
- Type: Full Time / Permanent
- Location: Pointon Way, Stonebridge Cross Business Park, Droitwich WR9 0LW
- Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7 (including weekends), AM & PM shifts available
- Rate of Pay: £17.30 per hour - £28.42 per hour
- Overtime Rate: £19.46
- Potential on target earnings: From £46,000 per annum (based on shift premiums above)

Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and compliance with all safety and transportation regulations
- Puts safety first and respects all other road users
- Diligent in ensuring driver and vehicle checks are completed correctly
- Forward-thinking: route checks for safety restrictions, planned road works, and traffic to ensure smooth and efficient journeys
- Highly professional in all situations as you are the interface between the business and our customer base
Key Skills & Experience
- HGV Class 1 Licence (LGV Cat C+E)
- Current CPC and digital driving card
- No more than 6 minor points on driving licence (No CDs, DDs, DRs or INs)
- Comfortable with the physical nature of the role
- Effective team member who works well on their own initiative
- Excellent attitude to work
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and extremely reliable
