Location: Nationwide
MLL Telecom requires a highly motivated Senior Field Engineer. The primary role would be working on new and existing projects, working across a range of Network Operators. You will need to have Microwave experience and currently be based in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake installation, maintenance, and fault repair in accordance with work instructions to ensure service standards are achieved in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide advice and decisions on engineering solutions and timescales.
- Undertake installation and maintenance work in accordance with work instructions and procedures in a safe and efficient manner to meet service standards.
- Clearly communicate results back to the wider business as required and ensure remedial work is properly recorded.
- Manage fault diagnosis and repairs under your own control, working with Mobile Network Operators of network operations and achieve service standards.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- UK field & rigging experience
- Working at height, tower rescue certified
- UK Driving license
- I&C experience
- I&M experience
- Nokia & E/// base station desirable
- Pylon, Rope Access, IPAF, PASMA, Capstan winch experience preferred
- Analytical and open minded.
- A highly motivated problem solver.
- Member of 24/7 on call rota.
