MLL Telecom Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to act as the primary interface between our customers, on-site support teams and MLL’s operations. You will drive incident management, service reviews and continual service improvement to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Based mainly on customer sites in the Essex region, you will collaborate with Network Operations Centre, Engineering and Service Desk to ensure services are delivered effectively throughout their lifecycle.
