What are we looking for?
Someone who is able to adapt across a variety of tasks and duties. One day could find you supporting the Store Manager with receiving deliveries, placing orders or dealing with customer queries. The next, you might be focused on people management and performance or organising holiday rotas for the team. At the same time, you'll help to handle the overriding goals of maximising sales in your store, ensuring great customer service, minimising costs and optimising productivity. You will be more than prepared to step into the Store Manager's shoes in their absence.
What will you do?
- Lead and motivate the team to work to their full potential every day and provide an environment where colleagues can produce their best work.
- Create an environment where your colleagues can do their best work.
- Ensure and provide excellent customer service throughout the store and be the lead point of contact for all customer queries.
- Check and work deliveries, manage the till area and monitor store figures.
- Monitor and comply with legal and company health and safety laws, standards and guidelines to meet store KPIs.
- Independent management of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
What will you need?
- Bags of stamina as you'll be on your feet a lot, plenty of motivation and strong communication skills.
- Fluent English & Polish language.
- Food retail experience desirable but not essential (full training will be provided).
- Experience of leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent time-management, delegation and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused manner, prioritising the customer experience at all times.
- Willingness to be continuously on the go, working alongside your team, on every shift.
- The determination to complete your work in the allocated time to ensure productivity.
- Microsoft Office Fundamentals (Outlook, Word, Excel).
