Key responsibilities
- Recording data accurately and within specified timescales
- Abiding by industry wide standards of classification (EUROP)
- Establishing and maintaining a close working relationship with the customer, paying attention to customer care and the promotion of MLC’s classification service
- Completing the required documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Representing the company in a professional manner.

- Able to work in a physically demanding role, as required to stand regularly and work at a fast pace
- A full driving licence
- A good command of English Language both spoken and written
- Willing to Travel if required
- Previous experience in the meat or livestock industry would be advantageous but not essential (e.g., as a butcher, farmer or in a slaughterhouse)
Pay
Pay from £24,692.94, (this will rise to £26,572.98 on successful completion of 1st test and rise again to £28,173.42 after successful completion of 2nd test)
