Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-functional areas including performance, digital & data, communications, and L&D
- Drive KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and strategic insight
- Support and deliver the organisational strategic plan and operational roadmap
- Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee strategic partnerships and service performance
- Produce reports and present to senior boards and committees
- Act as deputy to senior leadership when required
- Lead, develop and performance manage a team
Key Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience in performance, strategy or business operations
- Strong background in change management, transformation and continuous improvement
- Experience developing and managing KPIs, data insights and reporting frameworks
