About you:

  • Strong project or programme management capability, with experience supporting large-scale change initiatives
  • Experience working on service redesign, process improvement, or operational transformation activity
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build credibility across senior and operational audiences
  • Experience navigating matrix or multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach
  • Experience within Higher Education would be advantageous, though candidates from other complex service-led environments are encouraged to apply
