MLC Partners is recruiting an Employee & Industrial Relations Manager for a leading healthcare organisation delivering pathology and clinical laboratory services across the UK. The role operates in a complex, heavily regulated and unionised environment and leads the ER/IR agenda, strengthens trade union relationships and manages a team of four HR Advisers.
You will advise senior stakeholders on sensitive ER matters, influence pay and terms frameworks, and drive a proactive industrial relations.
