Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Support managers in delivering effective one-to-one meetings and annual performance reviews.
  • Review, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practice.
