We are seeking an experienced and commercially aware pathology operations leader to join the business as Operational Site Lead / Regional Manager (North). This is a high-profile senior leadership opportunity within a growing private diagnostics organisation, offering the chance to lead a modern, purpose-built laboratory operation while overseeing regional pathology services across the North.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the Manchester hub laboratory alongside operational oversight of regional spoke services across Birmingham and Glasgow.
