We’re partnering with a well-established, purpose-driven charity based in Central London, seeking a Head of Finance to join the organisation on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing finance function, work closely with senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
The Role
This is a broad and commercially focused leadership role, where you will oversee financial management, reporting and business partnering across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the finance function and supporting the wider finance team
- Partnering with senior leadership and operational stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Producing insightful management reporting and financial analysis
- Supporting organisational planning, governance and financial controls
- Reviewing financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Driving process improvements and supporting organisational objectives
About You
- Proven experience operating at Head of Finance / Senior Finance level within the charity or not-for-profit sector
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
- Available at short notice or immediately available (highly desirable)
