MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation in Kent who are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner, to join them on an initial 6 month contract. This can be paid at either a daily rate or fixed term salary.

The purpose of this role is to partner with senior leaders to provide expert strategic HR advice and coaching, enabling leaders to improve performance through their people, develop high engagement and retention.

  • Be the first port of call for all workforce issues for the business units.
  • Focus on support to the senior leaders within Divisions and Corporate areas to lead on developing and implementing workforce strategies.
  • Support and advise on ER issues.
  • Act as an advocate of change and support managers in identifying and implementing workforce modernisation.

Experience of Business Partnering in the NHS is required, along with the ability to develop and interpret policies and procedures. Work in a proactive and customer focused way to deliver excellence in HR service. Experience of employee relations is also necessary.

This role will require some travel, so a driving license and access to a vehicle is necessary.
