Making recommendations on how best to position and prepare the Council’s assets for Local Government Reorganisation (LGR). Identifying options for delivering a corporate property approach. Resolving day-to-day operational matters. Implementing and delivering the most appropriate governance to support the management of the Council’s assets. Hybrid working - Some site visits - Nottingham. Pay model can be structured as outcomes-based for outside IR35 or we can deploy on-payroll.

Essential skills/expertise requirements:

  • Property Expertise: Deep knowledge of property management principles, including acquisition, disposal, valuation, and maintenance. Understanding of property law, regulations, and compliance. Familiarity with different property types (e.g., commercial, residential, operational).
