3–6 Month FTC Hybrid working in North London. MLC Partners are partnering with an impactful charity organisation seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to support the business through a significant period of organisational change. This is a hands-on role requiring a commercially minded HR professional who can provide both strategic direction and operational delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coach and advise the HR function through a period of transformation and change
  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations matters
  • Partnering with senior leadership to deliver people-focused solutions
  • Reviewing and improving HR processes, policies and structures
  • Supporting workforce planning, engagement and culture initiatives

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience operating at managerial level
  • Strong background within change and transformation environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Sound employment law and ER expertise
  • Ability to work with pace, resilience and credibility
  • Previous charity or not-for-profit experience is desirable but not essential
