The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation in Kent who are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner, to join them on an initial 6 month contract. This can be paid at either a daily rate or fixed term salary.

The purpose of this role is to partner with senior leaders to provide expert strategic HR advice and coaching, enabling leaders to improve performance through their people, develop high engagement and retention.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Be the first port of call for all workforce issues for the business units
  • Focus on support to the senior leaders within Divisions and Corporate areas to lead on developing and implementing workforce strategies
  • Support and advise on ER issues
  • Act as an advocate of change and support managers in identifying and implementing workforce modernisation

The successful candidate will have:

  • The ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience of Business Partnering in the NHS
  • Ability to develop and interpret policies and procedures
  • Work in a proactive and customer focused way to deliver excellence in HR service
  • Experience of employee relations

This role will require some travel, so a driving license and access to a vehicle is necessary. This role is considered inside IR35.
