Day rate: £675 inside IR35

Hybrid working

Key responsibilities:

  • Day to day fixed asset management (for example representation on the Asset Disposal Group, HRA appropriations, disposals and acquisitions work)
  • Time limited projects as follows:
  • Audit 24/25 ongoing queries (we are hoping to have this complete)
  • Reconciliation and roll over of GL HRA FARs (we are hoping to have this complete)
  • Test rigour of FARs prior to 25/26 close
  • Full Valuations for 25/26 close
  • Start and lead transition to new FAR system (including reconciling Fusion data / FARs to Property Databases before uploading to new FAR system)
  • IFRS 16 system transition
  • Closedown 25/26
  • Fixed Asset Movements working with Capital
