Thrive at Five is seeking a Head of People to lead the People function during a period of growth and transformation. The role reports to the Director of Design and Planning and focuses on organisational design, people development and HR delivery.
Based in London with hybrid working and occasional UK travel, you will partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, drive change and ensure best practice across employment law, policies and reporting.
