We are partnering with a leading national charity to recruit an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Administrator to join their People Directorate.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator with a genuine interest in equity, diversity and inclusion to support a team delivering EDI projects and initiatives across the organisation.
The Role
You will provide administrative and coordination support across a range of EDI projects and ongoing activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating EDI projects, actions and deadlines.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and supporting project delivery.
- Managing team inboxes, calendars and meetings.
- Producing and updating documents, templates and EDI resources.
- Supporting internal EDI communications and awareness activities.
- Coordinating staff Equity Group activities and meetings.
- Providing administrative support across finance, invoicing, procurement and project documentation.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience providing administrative support and coordinating projects or events.
- A genuine interest in EDI and good EDI practice.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
