We are recruiting for a Case Management Officer to join a values-led organisation in a key operational support role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong case management, administration and organisational skills who is comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information. You will support the effective progression of complaints, disciplinary, concerns and safeguarding cases, ensuring they are accurately recorded, monitored and progressed in line with established processes.
The role
Working closely with colleagues across complaints, safeguarding and governance, you will provide high-quality administrative support throughout the case management process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining accurate and confidential case records
- Monitoring cases, deadlines and outstanding actions to ensure timely progression
- Preparing and collating case documentation and evidence packs
- Drafting case correspondence and communications
- Coordinating hearings and appeals, including scheduling and documentation
- Providing administrative support to panels and committees
- Taking accurate notes and minutes during hearings and meetings
- Recording decisions and preparing follow-up documentation
- Maintaining case data and producing routine management information and reports
- Supporting improvements to administrative processes and ways of working
About you
We are looking for a highly organised individual who can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
You will ideally bring:
- Experience providing administrative support within a confidential environment
- Experience managing and progressing cases through defined processes
- Experience supporting committees, panels or similar groups
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills, including minute taking and maintaining clear case records
- A good understanding of data protection and confidentiality requirements
- An understanding of procedural fairness and natural justice
- Experience within complaints, disciplinary, safeguarding, investigations or a similar case-management environment would be advantageous
