This is a busy, hands-on role with responsibility for facilities operations, health safety, service delivery and team management across multiple London sites. The role: You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of facilities and services, ensuring a high-quality experience for staff, students and visitors. Working closely with senior stakeholders, contractors and internal teams, you will also lead health safety activity and drive improvements across operational processes and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day management of facilities and operational services across multiple sites. Oversee health safety policies, risk assessments, inspections, incident reporting and follow-up actions.
