We are hiring on behalf of our client who is an innovative fintech organization establishing an onchain broker layer for global markets. By enabling the trading of equities, commodities, indices, and FX via perpetuals, the company bridges the gap between traditional finance and decentralized technology. Having secured over $27M in funding from premier venture capital firms and processed upwards of $50B in trading volume, the platform has demonstrated significant traction among high-volume macro traders.
The organization is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Lead to join a lean, high-velocity Go-To-Market team. This is a "zero-to-one" opportunity for a high-agency operator to own user acquisition end-to-end. The successful candidate will strategize the next phase of user growth, identifying where the next 10,000 traders will come from and executing the experiments to convert them. Initially serving as a hands-on operator, this lead will collaborate with the Head of Marketing and the creative, social, and BD teams to validate channels before eventually scaling a dedicated growth department.
Key Responsibilities- User Acquisition Ownership: Maintain accountability for the top-of-funnel metrics, including traffic, sign-ups, funded accounts, and first-trade conversions.
- Channel Discovery & Arbitrage: Identify, test, and scale diverse acquisition channels such as SEO, lifecycle marketing, paid social, and regional channels across LATAM, SEA, and MENA.
- Influencer & Creator Strategy: Develop a specialized creator program focused on traders; manage sourcing, negotiation, briefing, and performance measurement across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- SEO & Content Motion: Establish a comprehensive SEO strategy from scratch, encompassing keyword research, programmatic pages, comparison content, and education hubs in collaboration with engineering and content teams.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Oversee the automated user journey from waitlist to first deposit and long-term retention using email, push notifications, and in-app triggers.
- Paid Media Management: Deploy and optimize paid acquisition efforts where regulation permits, including programmatic, search, and native advertising, while maintaining a strict "fail-fast" experimental cadence.
- Analytics & Attribution: Define core growth metrics and build dashboards to monitor CAC by channel, conversion rates, LTV, and payback periods.
- Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within crypto, consumer fintech, or retail trading platforms.
- Proven Track Record: Experience building growth functions from scratch with a portfolio of experiments that demonstrably moved key performance indicators.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and modern attribution tools.
- Content Capabilities: Strong copywriting skills for ad copy, landing pages, and creator briefs.
- Domain Expertise: A deep understanding of crypto-native culture or traditional brokerage environments. Candidates must be excited to master the landscape of perpetual DEXs and on-chain trading.
- Operational Mindset: A "high-agency" individual who operates independently and takes full ownership of the growth roadmap.
- Prior experience in regulated or semi-regulated industries (e.g., iGaming, CFDs).
- Experience managing Affiliate or Introducing Broker (IB) programs.
- Expertise in neo-distribution tactics, such as video clipping or large-scale TikTok/YouTube creator programs.
- Familiarity with AI tooling for marketing automation.
- Personal experience as an active trader.
