The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you'll undertake a varied mix of residential valuation and surveying instructions, using technology designed to make your working day more efficient and give you more time to focus on what you do best - providing expert professional advice.

You'll ideally have:
RICS qualification and Registered Valuer status Residential surveying and/or mortgage valuation experience Strong knowledge of your local property market Excellent report writing and communication skills A professional, client-focused approach The ability to work independently while being part of a wider surveying community What You'll Get Our client offers a genuinely comprehensive package, including:
