Residential Building Surveyor

Location: Manchester (urgent), with additional opportunities in Leeds, Sheffield, Liverpool and Newcastle
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 basic + car allowance + Commission

The Opportunity

Our client is a growing, independent practice delivering high-quality residential surveys to private clients across the North-West and Yorkshire.

We are seeking experienced Full-Time Residential Building Surveyors to join our team, with an immediate requirement in Manchester and further positions available in Sheffield, Liverpool, Leeds & Newcastle.

Part-time would be considered!

The role:

Will involve carrying out RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys, Snagging Surveys as well as providing clear, reliable advice to a varied client base. They offer flexible working arrangements and the support of an experienced, friendly team who value professionalism, independence, and client care.

Candidates:

  • RICS-qualified (AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS)
  • Proven experience conducting Level 2 and Level 3 residential snagging surveys
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage your own diary and workload effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach

On Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary of £50,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience)
