This role offers a varied workload beyond traditional lender valuations. The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of private client and specialist valuation instructions, working within a business renowned for its technical expertise, quality reporting and exceptional client service. Role
You will be responsible for undertaking a diverse range of residential valuation instructions for private individuals, solicitors, accountants, financial advisers and other professional clients across North West London and surrounding areas.
About You
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
- Registered Valuer status preferred
- Strong experience undertaking private valuation work desirable
