Our client is a dynamic, modern residential surveying firm that’s doing things differently—and it’s paying off. After recently securing an exciting new contract, they’re expanding fast and now looking for a RICS-qualified Residential Surveyor to join their young, forward-thinking team. This is a business built around smart tech, slick systems, and great people—so you can focus on surveying, not spreadsheets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering Level 2 (Homebuyer) and Level 3 (Building) Surveys across a varied residential portfolio
- Spotting defects, offering practical maintenance advice, and clearly explaining findings to clients
- Producing high-quality reports with speed and accuracy
- Working autonomously in the field, backed by a strong admin and tech support team
The Tech (the good stuff)
- Survey Booker to manage workflow and bookings
- Go Report on iPad to complete reports on-site
- Cloud-based systems and full office support so you’re not bogged down in admin
What They’re Looking For
- MRICS or AssocRICS (essential)
- Experience in residential surveying
- Comfortable using digital surveying and reporting tools (training possible)
