Role Overview:
- RICS Home Surveys Level 2 (HomeBuyer Reports)
- RICS Home Surveys Level 3 (Building Surveys) (training available)
- Residential Valuations (VRS compliant)
- Condition, defect, and construction assessments
- Autonomous, home-based working with full technical and admin support
Surveyors benefit from a strong pipeline of in-house residential survey instructions, generated through an integrated property services platform covering surveys, mortgages, conveyancing, removals, and online auctions.
Requirements:
- AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS
- VRS Registered Valuer
- Experience as a Residential Surveyor / Building Surveyor
- Competent in RICS Level 2 surveys
- Level 3 experience beneficial (support provided)
- Strong residential construction and building pathology knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
