What You’ll Do
- Carry out residential investment property valuations in line with RICS Red Book and company criteria.
- Manage valuation flow and panel surveyor relationships in your region.
- Provide expert property advice and support broader business lines, including HMOs and multi‑unit blocks.
- Stay ahead of local market trends, including Development Finance.
About You
- Fully qualified (AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS) with post‑qualification experience.
- Professional, reliable, and passionate about delivering high‑quality valuations.
- Based in or close to required location.
