Our client is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and grow their London & South East operation. This is a hybrid leadership role where you’ll inspire and develop a team, while remaining close to the work with 2 days per week in the field. You’ll be responsible for driving regional performance, supporting surveyors, managing client relationships, and ensuring delivery across a fast‑paced valuation environment.
