Our client, one of the UK's leading providers of residential valuations and surveys, is looking for experienced Residential Valuation Surveyors to join their team. - London: W, W1, WC, SW (north & south of the river – 3–4 surveyors required), SE, RM, NW, N, IG
- Scotland: Edinburgh & East Lothian, Glasgow, Renfrewshire & Helensburgh, Elgin and/or Inverness, Aberdeen
Salary: Up to £75,000 (depending on location & skill set) + highly lucrative bonus & benefits.
Type: Permanent | Full-time.
Role:
- Carry out lender and private valuations, with Level 2 (L2) surveys forming only a small part of your workload (typically less than 30%).
- Apply your knowledge of building construction, pathology, and regulatory risk.
- Use advanced IT systems and receive comprehensive training and ongoing support.
Requirements:
- AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualified RICS Registered Valuer (VRS) or eligible to register.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience in buy-to-let, leasehold, or HMO valuations is advantageous.
