RESIDENTIAL SURVEYORS REQUIRED – LONDON

MLA Recruitment is working on behalf of a highly successful and fast-growing residential surveying practice to recruit several Home Surveyors across London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business built on quality, customer service and doing things properly with the result being that the company continues to grow at pace.

We’re looking for surveyors at different levels, from around one year's PQE through to experienced surveyors confident delivering Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys.

Surveyors generally carry out one inspection a day , supported by dedicated teams handling research, file preparation, bookings and much of the client administration. This leaves them free to focus on surveying, produce quality reports and speak to clients afterwards.

The opportunities

We’re particularly interested in experienced residential surveyors who are confident undertaking both Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys.

• North of the River Thames (coverage across West London also is very desirable) Work focused on Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys . Salary £60k –£65k plus bonus and other benefits depending on experience.

• North London - Level 2 Surveys We're also looking for a residential surveyor who is comfortable undertaking Level 2 Home Surveys across North London. This could suit someone with around one year's PQE who has gained solid residential surveying experience and is now looking for a business where they can develop their career without being pushed towards a high-volume model. Salary Circa £50k – £55k depending on experience.

• South London - Level 2 Surveys A similar opportunity for a Level 2surveyor covering South London. Ideally, we're looking for someone living ascentrally within South London as possible, making it practical to cover the area efficiently. Salary Circa £50k – £55k depending on experience. Someone around the one-year PQE mark potentially being a strong fit.

• Surveyors looking for a business where there is genuine long-term career progression.
