The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of residential surveyors
- Drive technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance
- Support recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and long-term career development
- Champion technology-led surveying practices and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with quality, audit, and operational teams
- Deliver CPD sessions, one-to-ones, and team briefings (virtual and in person)
- Remain hands-on with surveying where appropriate, leading by example
About You
- RICS-qualified (AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS) and VRS-registered
- Extensive residential surveying and valuation experience
- Proven leadership capability—either stepping up from a senior surveying role or as an experienced manager
- Strong people management, communication, and stakeholder skills
- Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Confident using iPad-based surveying tools and digital reporting systems
