Our client is a well‑established and highly respected property consultancy with a strong commercial presence across London and the South East. Due to continued growth within their Loan Security division, they are seeking an MRICS or FRICS RICS Registered Valuer with a strong commercial property background to support increasing instructions from lenders and professional clients.
The role will involve delivering Red Book‑compliant loan security valuations across a diverse range of commercial assets, mixed‑use schemes and development land. You will undertake property inspections, carry out detailed market analysis and produce high‑quality valuation reports, working closely with an experienced and supportive team.
The typical workload is 2–4 valuations per week (depending on experience and capability), ensuring a sustainable pace and a continued focus on quality.
